The News and Media

News is a report of recent events, it is intelligence, it is information. News is considered a person, thing or event considered as a choice subject for journalistic treatment or newsworthy material. News is worldwide, it's hard to find a place where there is not news. News can be anything from celebrities to the stock market, but whatever it may be it can be newsworthy. The news is made to cater to what people want, such as headlines and stories.

Though news is important it is made possible by media. Media is the means of communications, as radio and television, newspapers, magazines, and most recently and soon to be the most popular medium, the internet. The media is everywhere and without it news is not spread. Media emphasizes what the masses want to see and in a certain sense vice versa. The vice versa being that people emulate what they see on tv.

News and media are life saving tools, for example natural disasters would not get the attention and help needed that news and media provide.
